A Count and a member of the Orbital Knights. Cruhteo is a tall Martian with parted blonde hair and green eyes. He wears a noble outfit which consists of a long burgundy trouser and coat, a white frilled dress shirt, and black knee high boots. He is always seen with a serious and determined look on his face.
After finding out about [Princess Asselyum](https://anilist.co/character/88175/Asseylum-Vers-Allusia)'s assassination on Earth, he was one of the first Counts to support the Martian's invasion on Earth. He was the first Martian to land on Earth and examine the location of the Princess's assassination.
Cruhteo has a very egoistic personality, often belittling and looking down at those who are weaker than him. Being a Martian and a high ranking member of the Orbital Knights, Cruhteo despises Terrans and looks down on them. He treats them cruelly and unfairly as shown when he punishes Slaine for simply being born on Earth. However, he respects the Royal Family of Vers and those who do not surrender easily.
He pilots the Martian Kataphrakt, Tharsis. It possesses an Aldnoah Drive allowing the Kataphrakt to view a few hours into the future. It is extremely mobile allowing the pilot to close distances very quickly and evade enemy attacks, however this is all dependent on the pilot itself.
~!Cruhteo's castle was attacked by [Count Saazbaum](https://anilist.co/character/88437/Saazbaum), instantly vaporizing and killing Cruhteo. His Kataphrakt, Tharsis, was later given to [Slaine Troyard](https://anilist.co/character/88174/Slaine-Troyard).!-
